1. Where is Chuck From?
Chuck was forged deep in the crystal blue ice of an ancient glacier in the French Alps over thousands of years. Nobody actually knows just how old he is, but he's believed to be even older than corduory jeans and soul music.

2. Where can I buy a Chuck From?
You buy a Chuck Buddie all for you own right here on our website. You may also find Chuck Buddies causing mayhem in select stores around the UK and Europe.

3. I've got a Chuck and I want to learn tricks, where can I?
You can learn trick right here on our website. Look at our Video Gallery for videos and tutorials on all the latest Chuck tricks. Become a Chuck trick Jedi and your friends will never argue with you again. Some say that you can control their thoughts through amazing them with your Chuck skills, all we know is that it looks cool.

4. Do you have a returns policy?
Yes we do.

5. Well then, what is your returns policy!?
Sorry I should have explained. If you're not 100% satisfied with any of your Chuck Buddie products purchased through our website, then you can return them to us by post for a full refund less delivery charge. Please ensure that you return your purchased goods within 28 days of purchase to our address found here, in the condition that you recieved them in, along with proof of purchase (eg receipt). If you purchased your Chuck product through a third party (ie not directly from us) please contact them, as this policy does not cover your purchase.

5. I'm a retailer / distributer and I would like to sell Chuck Buddie products, Can I? and if so how?
Yes we supply trade and retailers directly with most of our Chuck Buddie products. If you would like to apply to become a retailer or distributer of Chuck Buddie products please contact us. We are very selective with retail placement and distribution, but we welcome all applications from all round the world.

6. Why do you have two FAQs both with number 5?
5 is the Magic number, why not use it twice? There's no rules here!!! .

7. I would like to promote Chuck Buddie products, where can I get logos, graphics and other marketing tools?
You can download our press pack from our contact page. This contains logos, Official Chuck Buddie graphics and branding that you can use for print and for web. If there is something specific that you require, please contact us, and we'll see what our designers can do to help.

8. You're website is craaaazy! Who's responsible?
Our website was imaginatively designed and developed by CoCreate. You can buy all of our products through it, and we can even update it with all of the latest news, videos and photos that our customers send us. Our website might look ice cold, but in the rare event that you find anything not working properly please contact us, and we'll make sure those craaazy web designers fix it!!!
